Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Xavier University. Master of Business Administration in Executive Leadership from Ohio University. Orthopedic Board Nurse Certification (ONC). Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP).

Over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry.  I have served in both the private practice setting and the hospital based setting.  Experience in direct bedside care of patients in the general medical surgical population, orthopedic population and intensive care.  Management experience opening a joint venture orthopedic wing in the hospital setting and director level experience across ancillary hospital departments. Currently serving as Associate Chief Nurse in a 350+ bed hospital.  

I have served on several committees involving chart review, risk cause analysis and process improvement.  I began serving as a legal nurse consultant in 2013 and assisted in case analysis for a variety of claims both from the defendant and plaintiff aspects.
